Niruri Moola – Sterculia foetida, Vairi – Salacia reticulata, Kataka – Strychnos potatorum, Chincha – seed bark Tamarind – Tamarindus indicus, Abhaya – Terminalia chebula, Amalaki – Emblica officinalis, Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellirica, Kapitha – Feronia elephantum, Kumuda – Nelumbo nucifera, Nisa – Curcuma longa, Darvi – Berberis aristata, Usira – Vetiveria zizanioides, Gairika – Purified Red ochre, Kantakari – Solanum xanthocarpum, Sita – Sugar, Udumbara – Ficus racemosa.
Dosage/Application:
1 - 2 tablets 1 -twice a day after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. Make sure with buttermilk or other similar dairy product.
